We offer investors the opportunity to invest in our group, either in our Lending business or our Developments we have underway or due to commence.  This is a great opportunity for budding developers to ‘earn & learn’ as we can involve you in the whole process.

We offer up to 12% interest per annum paid monthly or rolled up at redemption. Your investment will be secured against an asset and backed up by a PG from the Directors.
